To use Polar equipment for monitoring your heart rate on your Dynamic Indoor Rower, this kit is what you need. This kit is designed for people who have no heart rate monitoring equipment. This kit includes:

• The Concept2 Heart Rate Receiver
• A Polar™ chest belt transmitter

This kit (PN 2863) is designed for use with Dynamic Indoor Rowers only.

This kit is NOT for use with the following:

• Indoor Rowers Models A, B, D, D or E—Purchase PN 1747 instead
• SkiErgs—Purchase PN 2743 instead

Heart Rate Monitoring During Other Exercise

To monitor your heart rate during other exercises (jogging, cycling, etc.) in addition to on your Dynamic Indoor Rower, order the Polar F11 Wristwatch and Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor (PN 2488) and the Heart Rate Receiver & Cable (PN 2758) instead of this item.
